Nah, you're looking it wrong. It's pronounced "Cue-bat-oms," I think. No, they weren't. In my opinion anyway.
They were to complex and fidgety to use, unpleasant to look at (including menus) and hard for a first time player to get used to. They also have a dumb name, Cub Atoms, what is that a fucking pizza place like chucky cheese or whatever its called? I can imagine a real dumb Jetsons-style cartoon bear in a space suit serving space burgers to space kids, not something you'd build world class ships with.
Factories? Much easier, more efficient, much better.
Everything is also done with nanites, which is why we have suits that can craft stuff :DNah, you're looking it wrong. It's pronounced "Cue-bat-oms," I think.
Anyway, Cubatoms are still in the game, lorewise, according to Cal. Capsules are the basic minerals of the universe, and factories work by restructuring the atoms (or, cubatoms, since the world is cubed) into what you need.
so in other wordsEverything is also done with nanites, which is why we have suits that can craft stuff :D
I feel you. Figuring out the recipe was like a puzzle, extremely fun and satisfying. But sadly most of the people found it too complicated and it indeed broke the ecenomy (in the state that it was in). I'd personally love to see it in the future, even if it had a completely different function, just as a puzzle hahaCubatoms were great. It was like complicated puzzle and gave me so much satisfaction. I would love to see them back but in more economy-fiendly way
I get the feeling you play planetsjde... Which is the excuse for everything...Everything is also done with nanites, which is why we have suits that can craft stuff :D
Nanites are the canonical reason as to how factories work. Surprisingly, multiple games can use a concept like "nanites" (which could do the same kinds of things IRL if we could build them reliably yet anyway). I'll give you a moment to sit down and breath if you need it after that shocking revelation.I get the feeling you play planetsjde... Which is the excuse for everything...
Lol it just sounded like what we say in planetside, when something seems odd as to why it happens like why my tank suddenly explodes or falls through the ground we say "because Nanites"Nanites are the canonical reason as to how factories work. Besides, everyone knows the only games that Vanhelzing plays are Starmade and Eve Online.
