critical error PLS HLP FIX

every time I press start dedicated server it disappears and gives me a critical error database lock acquisition failure: lockfile: org.hsqldb.persist.lockfile <--- that error crap and i have no idea what to do and when i hit start game, the settings come up i hit ok and then nothing happens and i have restarted my computer MANY MANY times and done the same thing and have even re-installed the game on my steam library and it still didn't do anything. PLS HELP ME

please take a look into the starmade /logs folder and attach a log file from one of those failed starts here
