Critical error on launcher please help

when i download the launcher then start it, a window pops up and says Critical error

SocketException:address family not supported by protocol family: connect

does anyone have any ideas apart from re downloading it?

I\'m having the exact same issue and is asking me to send my .logs directory to schema@star-made.org but i have no clue how to find the directory. I\'ve tried re-installing the starter but made no alterations
