    These are ideas for computers that one could place on the bridge to be manned by future NPC crew or by players. NPCs simply follow protocol. Players can communicate with you and make decisions on the fly. You decide how you want to play.
    • Pilot station: Access to core functions - fly the ship.
    • Co-pilot station: Operate interfaces such as navigation, waypoints, targeting, and hotbar assignments for the pilot. Changes are reflected immediately in the pilot's interface. This allows changes to be made in the midst of battle without the pilot stopping to open an interface. (This one might be player-only since NPCs aren't smart enough.)
    • Gunnery station: Turrets may be assigned to groups. This station may select any group on the fly, or multiple groups at once, and either give them a target or fire them manually. Ships with many turrets may benefit from more than one.
    • Engineering station:
      • Allows changes to power priority and access to "presets" for power priority to switch between modes quickly.
      • Allows changes to chamber configurations on the fly with lower delay.
      • Manual transfer of HP between shield pools and command NPCs to repair specific things (damage control)
      • Re-allocation of thrust on the fly with lower delay.

    I think its an good idea, i would love it to fly with other players an huge ship and each player has one role
