Crash on faction hub

The game crashes when I click on the faction hub menu. I can open the faction hub but 9/10 times the game crashes when I, say, attempt to order factions by relation or otherwise attempt to interact with the factions.

It gives an error but I closed it without thinking. I'll post the message if it happens again.
