New from BillazillaTech! (I just made that up, btw)
The Coria Nata II is a extended trip exploration vessel, intended to operate as a mobile base of operations (which it, in fact, did operate as while I established my first base from scratch). While it is designed for exploration, it is not without teeth, though it is not designed for battle. It is currently un-turreted, however, and could likely be refitted for battle with little in the way of major changes. It has a reasonable amount of unused space within the hull, and additional systems (weapon, support, or logic) could be installed. Additionally, there are four docking rails on the Aft Ring, so bring your favorite miner, lander, or fighter along for the ride (or all three!).
This is my first ship that I consider complete enough to present, and took me about 1.5 months to build. There are no logic systems or turrets installed, as I am just now beginning to explore those topics. Whaddaya think?
