it would be easier to navigate if u were able to write in the coorinates in a tab it would help alot.

you can save coordinates in the navigation menu if you try to look at some of the buttons in that tab.

From the same window you can also set waypoints. Is that what you meant?

I think he's saying you should be able to save a waypoint without needing to physically be in the sector when you do it. Which sounds like a great idea to me.
