Commands for server owners

Here are some commands that would help out many server owners (in my opinion).

1. Reload blueprints inside the blueprints directory
2. Spawn a ship from the catalog for a use (from the console)
3. /spawn_mobs and /spawn_mobs_line that takes a players username ( so spawn them relative to another user)
4. /initiate_wave that takes a username (spawn relative to an ingame user)

If you added these to the game, it would make many servers more fun.
