Collision draining shields?

    I think this is a good idea (and i hope this is not a repost)

    Both ships in collision would have their shields drained proportionally.
    depending on the ships size and speed,smaller ship colliding with bigger ship will lose more shields than the bigger ship.


    this would stop people from ramming other people ships because they also become vulnerable.
    and it makes sense,shields should drain like that.
    It would add a whole new dimension to the game:
    ---ships designed just for ramming
    ---beams with stop effects on turrets will finally have a use in this game
    ---stations designed to deff.against Titan warships
    (MAC guns anyone? :) )

    give us two sticks.. and the community will go crazy with ideas

    they do... keep the enemy still while you pew them

    But yes, 100% agree, especially if collision damage is going to get implemented, no spec of dirt should be able to damage my ship that can withstand raw antimatter
