    Presenting the AS-TS-Mule.
It's a Small-Medium Cargo Ship with a detailed interior, weighing in at ~1400 mass.

Includes two cargo crates and eight point defense turrets, because pirates with missiles are mean and cost you money.

I love handing people difficult problems. Here is one for you. With that nice large asteroid enclosure, why don't you install logic-driven Grabber arms? Fill the central area with doors (and area triggers) such that you put an asteroid in there, then a wave of doors closes and opens again simulating arms closing from the sides to "grab" the asteroid. Do it right, and it should look like pincers grabbing the things you want to mine.

You know that salvage beams can travel through your own ship, right? Grabber arms won't make it work better, just look cooler, and they won't hurt anything.

Do 100% push beams count as utility?
If so, I'd like to submit this ship:
The download link will be provided once I know if 100% push beams count as utility.
I guess that count as an utility ship, megacrafter ;) thank you for your submission!

Here is my entry for the contest :)

Don't know what to call it so I'm just calling it 'Refueling Ship'. It has a small power supply beam, good sized salvage array, and a jump drive. The ship has two cargo pods that attach externaly to the bottom of the ship for carrying cargo. Also comes with six point defence turrets to deal with pirates although I recomend having a friend escort you when ever you are carrying cargo. Good ship for early game.

This ship looks nice, although some parts(especially the 2 yellow circles on the edge of that shadow) look very flat.

I was trying to keep the wing bit flatish while still having a good amount of detailing. I tried doing some greebling ontop of the circles but it made the wing look to bulky for what I had in mind for the ship.

Making the edge of the rings from wedgs/pentas/tetras would help though.
