Cloak power requirements question for Klingon BoP

Is this equation for 0C Cloaker power requirements still valid?

Power Consumption = Mass x 1000 energy/second

and how about required power storage for it?

im trying to install it in Klingon BoP in 1:1 scale but looks like there is no way to fit this system inside 110m long bird

And another question waht are requirements for radar jammer then ?

Cloak ships typically only use a very small fraction of their box volume , and cannot retain much functionality if hulled.

Radar jammer\'s cost is half of cloak (effectively one third as you need both to be invisible to players) but still doesn\'t scale well on big ships.
