Chat rooms

I think a much needed feature for the new chat system is the ability to create chat rooms. This would allow people to have group chats for faction orginization and also allow for chat rooms for things other than the main chat room.

It was there for a bit. Its supposed to be a feature.

It was there, we have run into problems with it. I'm not sure if we'll return the feature back, it's undecided. If you really need to create faction chat rooms, I'd suggest using IRC on perhaps EsperNet where our official channel is.

You can easily set a channel to be invite only.
