Hi, I'd like to suggest a charge effect block linkable to a charge effect computer as a new effect. I thought of this as I randomly thought of the progenitor mothership from Homeworld 2 (or the death star, haha)

It could also be used to make a high powered cannon
Adding more charge blocks would increase:
- Charge time
- Damage
- Power cost
I know its similar to the effect of the pulse secondary block but it's so fundamentally different in style. It would add an epic "Ima Chargin Mah Lazor!!!" moment to battles while opponents would be like "oh shit, he's chargin up... ".
Perhaps my suggestion of implementation isn't perfect so its open to improvements.
