As you presumably all know by now, Jump Inhibitors are unusual in their interactions with logic, in that they act like a flip flop. This is not a useful functionality; in order to track the state of a logic-activated inhibitor, you must have a flip flop in the same circuit, but this can be desynchronized when the sector unloads (inhibs turn off when sectors unload, flip flops remember their state).

I propose that an exceedingly simple measure be taken to fix what is unnecessary and useless: logic-activated inhibitors should only be on when there is a high signal going to the computer. No hard-to-track flip flop behavior. This will also simplify figuring out which genius left their inhibs on at base, which is exceedingly difficult now, especially with the notifications seemingly bugged (inhibition popup no longer lists any source).
