We are primarily a mining faction (that somehow built no real mining vessels that are made for mining specifically yet) that prefers peace over war.
We have have four different sections of the faction.
Mining/Civilian: this section are mainly only miners and civilians.
Security/Military: This section's job is to defend the faction's miners and civilian vessels at all costs.security primarily deals with traffic and the defense, and the military deals with factional defense on a larger scale.
Diplomats/Chancellors: This section focuses on negotiations.
Leaders/Respected: This section contains the leaders of the faction and some of the most respected members. anyone in here should be respected and any disrespect from the other sections will cause the disrespectful person to be forced to leave the faction and will be asked to return all ships to a nearby faction station hanger, The person who was disrespected can if they want to... add more charges.
Civilian Jobs:
Repairer: your job is to repair Cation vessels. you get paid depending on the quality of your repairs and if the person does not pay you are to report this to a leader at once.
Builder: your job is to build prototype vessels for the Cation, and show it to a leader for a chance for it to become official, you can also assist each other to make bigger vessels more quickly. You get payed atleast 20 CR every ship you build to a maximum of 10000 CR.
Marketer: you job is to sell stuff to citizens on far away worlds, WITHOUT using a shop module. Prices vary depending on how far the planet is from a valid shop. Best part of this job is you get to keep all your earnings you earn from selling stuff.
Colonist: well technicly not a real job. In this job you get to live on a planet for free.
Member: well also not a real job, This job lets you live on Cation stations in big rooms normally for a price of 100 credits a day as rent. which is not much but you can become a miner after 100 payments.
Miner Ship Classes:
Small Miners: These mining ships are at most 40 M and at least 20 M.
Standard Miners: These mining vessels are from 50 M to 200 M
Huge Miners: These Mining vessels range from 300 to 400 M
Strip Miners: These are the Biggest class of mining vessels that are legal in the faction going from 500 to 1000 M in size and are designed to eat entire planets for minerals and mainly hired for the faction income.
The classes above are rentable for a cost of 50% of all resources you gain. And when you gain enough return the rented vessel to leader and purchase the mining vessel you prefer.
Military ranks:
Recruit: These people are to be sent to a station with a valid academy and a valid combat trainer for training in what they want to be doing in the military.
Combat Trainer: These people are to train recruits about the most efficent power layout, weapon basics, shield basics and of course basic fighting.
Crewmember: Being on of these people means you have been chosen by a captain or admiral to serve on their ships. A crewmember's responsibility is to protect the ship they serve on at all costs. Crewmembers can be told to work on quick repairs, ship defence, manning a device or boarding another ship which had its faction module destroyed. And alot of people are to be in this rank.
Pilot: someone who knows how to fly a small fighter and likes working in squadrons. These people have atleast 2 other pilots in their squad to a maximum of 29. Your squadron can be chosen to work on a bigger ship or planetary defence.
Ground Soldier: You have chosen this one only if you dont like being on anything other than planets or if you just like fighting on something that you know is stable. You are to defend planetary installations.
Space Guard: you have only chosen this if you like collecting taxes or being on spacestations. Because all you do is defend the station you are assigned and collect taxes.
Project Builder: You earn this by showing your expertise at building ships for war. In this job you get ideas of what kind of vessel you want to work on, ask a leader (preferably me) for permisson to work on that project and that leader will decide of a name for the project. If there is already a project underway you can assist other builders in that project.
Captain: you chose this if you are fine with flying big spaceships and having to manage a crew onboard. In this rank you can fly everything that is not bigger than a battleship or smaller than a corvette. You can be chosen by admirals to work in their fleets.
Admiral: You EARN this by being a outstanding Captain. As a Admiral you can fly almost every ship except ships smaller than a destroyer and ships bigger than a capital. You can choose captains to be in your fleet.
Military Ships Classes:
Escape Pod: This is mainly just a shipcore docked to anything bigger than a fighter. Nothing really special needed.
Fighter: This can only be piloted by pilots and is around the size of a isanth.
Corvette: This is the smallest ship that can be piloted by captains and the smallest ships that can get named. This ship is 20 meters bigger than the biggest fighter.
Frigates: Being atleast 100 meters bigger than a corvette these ships are allowed to have 2 small hangers than can hold 3 fighters each or 1 corvette in a smaller than standard hanger.
Cruisers: being one of roomier ships this vessels are 500 meters bigger than the biggest frigate and are allowed to have 2 standard hangers that can fit 2 corvettes and 15 fighters. Surely these are going to be preferred to frigates.
Stealth Cruiser: Being one of the few stealth oriented classes this ship are a bit smaller than normal cruisers and being able to cloak and jam for atleast 1 hour. and this having no hangers is designed for infiltration and destruction of key targets.
Destroyer: 200 meters bigger than a cruiser the destroyer class is designed with effectiveness in mind. Its also the smallest ship a admiral can fly.
Battle Ship: 500 meters bigger than a crusier this vessel is designed for war and has no hangers. Its obvious they are intended for fleet fighting. And this is the biggest ship a captain can fly.
Carrier: the same size as a battleship but it is fitted with as many hangers as possible to hold as many fighters as possible. Making this ship the only ship that is fitted with only 1 escape pod for the admiral to escape.
Super Carrier: twice as big as a normal carrier this one does basicly the same thing but its got much more capacity for fighters
Capital: The same size as a super carrier this thing is outfitted for war with 2 Huge hangers that can hold 4 frigates. This is the biggest ship a admiral can fly.
Dreadnought: Bigger than 30KM this thing is only for leaders. This vessel is designed to defeat anything. and is almost unobtainable. if you see one of these against you the best thing you could do alone is run because you would need atleast 3 fleets to take one down. And this class is almost never used except in dire situations because of the lag one would cause.
