What is needed is extra options:
1. Allow saving to the catalogue, stored on the server.
2. Disable importing from local catalogue
3. Allow setting price modifier for the ship purchase.
4. Set a cooldown timer for each purchase.
These would allow people to save their hard work, rebuy them for enough credits (or even resources?) - but wouldnt allow importing epic ultraships they downloaded.
