Catalogue not showing up!

the catalogue is not showing up when I approach a shop

Am I missing something out or is it bugged?

The catalogue tab is always desplayed, whether or not you\'re near a shop. I think the problem is that your resolution is too small and your hotbar is covering up the catalogue tab in the GUI.
