Catalog Private by default

My suggestion is, when you upload a ship to a server(or save one to the catalog), it will be completely private by default(all permissions unticked).

There are tons of people that don't even know anyone can buy their ship. Then they're upset when they find someone claiming it as their own work.

Please make it so they're private by default, only the ships that people actually want to share should be public.
