Catalog on servers

Is it possible to turn of the catalog system on a server because people spawn in ships like crazy and it lags

Yeah this would be great, or simply a switch to disable uploading from local, so people don\'t spawn in huge ships that they didn\'t build themselves.

you go to the starmade server files and edit the catolog slot number
