Cargo Update Problems

I had an interesting problem after the update, i spawned and the millions of stuff in my inventory overfilled my
capacity which would have been fine but then it killed me and i lost everything. This is on a server, Shattered Skies, and i am pretty upset with this someone know how to fix this?

i guess the server has then the option to drop stuff on death activated ?
and you couldnt pick up the content again ?
shouldnt happen again because you shouldnt be able to again go over capacity with your personal inventory.
(if you are thats a bug or an exploit i imagine)
