Can't loggin my game anymore

sorry for my bad english in advance,
So yesterday i've been playing on the north american server for hours logged with my account and everything with the name CMD_ANDY and now when i try to get on the server it says my name is protected and cant get in my game anymore

This is (AFAIK) caused by one or both of two things

You are logging in the the incorrect uplink (try logging in with the account you used to play as CMD_ANDY)

Your player file was deleted and someone else claimed the name, in that case you will need to use a different one.

I have also noticed that you are logging in with an email, try logging in with the name "CMD_ANDY" (without quotes)
