Can't get into game

So, I can't play the game. I hit start already past the launcher. window saying "StarMade Connector" pops up and says "logging in as Krazykat" but nothing happens from there, I can hit cancel but it will not open the game

same problem my server launches and then the window closes first but I see the server running in taskmanger.

Edit: server file is corrupted
