Build helper expanded

It would be cool if you could make more shapes with the build helper, I am sure this is planned already, but if it isn't, here is the thread that is suggesting it.

Currently making spheres and cylinders is a pain to do and requires a lot of work, it would be great if those could be added in a future update.

I know it probably decent amount of code, so take your time.
