Build blocks on asteroids/rocks?

Hey not sure if its just my game but does anyone else find that they cant use build blocks on asteriods even if they have a faction module on them? im finding this a huge pain in the arse as i have a biodome/research lab on an asteroid near my station but i cant change the angle of the triangle blocks.

If this is just something which hasnt been implemented yet.... well schema looks like ive got a job for you!
