Build blocking planets

It seems that build blocking planets is broken!

Players are able to get the shards and ores when they use a build block instead of needing to mine the planet with a salvager (player or ship). I have noticed that many planets I visit are being mined with this method.

I tested that it was indeed possible again both on the online server and my home test server. We need a fix for this ASAP please.

So it is. I'd checked it on V0.1846 and could do it. Checked on v0.185 and it's fixed. Thank you!

There was no mention of the fix in the release news?
