[Bug] WYSIWYG editor state bug

[der_scheme]

The WYSIWYG editor sometimes reactivates previously used formatting.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Activate some formatting—bold text, for instance.
2. Write a few letters.
3. Deactivate that formatting.
4. Press Return to begin a new line.

Effect: Bold is active again.

For Firefox, you'll need to turn bold off after you have pressed return.
