Bug server eating my ship

I have to relog coz my ship vanishes and then I can't fly

This happened as of the update on 6/23/2013. This has only occured on multiplayer for me, so it seems to be a sync issue.The mouse unlocks and everything dissappears, players, ships and anything else made of blocks.
