[Bug Or Missing Feature Or Just Me?] Single Rail Docking Does NOT Activate Activator

Not sure if this is a bug or a missing feature

I'm trying to dock a ship to a single rail and have it activate other logic - however when the ship docks to a single rail block the activation block does not activate to fire logic.

Is this a bug - a missing feature - or me not understanding how to fire logic on rail dock.

It only works on Activators right next to the rail (at least with these I am sure it works)
