Okay, this may sound like a Game Support thread, but this is more a question of how it happens than what I can do to fix it.
So, I finally gather the materials to spawn in my glorious modular platform of a ship. It is an empty shell I created a long while back, with no weapons, shields, thrusters, nothin'. (This way it's update proof, but that's not the point.) I spawn it in at a planet base from the blueprint, and, I'm not sure if it's a problem because it's a really old blueprint, or if there was an ingame bug with its creation, but this happened:
Here's my question, how does this happen, what are the processes that starmade performs in the creation of a ship, and how can it be improved? It was kinda funny at first, but I feel like it's happened before (because it did to my friend's ship,) and so it seems like it may be a bug of some kind. Any thoughts?
