Blueprint sharing options should be disabled by default.

Any time I open up the catalog on a crowded server, there are dozens of random things (if not over a hundred), including WIP designs and other stuff, simply because people either don't bother or aren't aware that their blueprints are available to everyone by default.

Sure - this suggestion seems reasonable. I\'d gladly spare myself looking at hundreds of vaguely named blueprints, which often are for objects and constructions no one but their designer will ever find interesting and/or useful.
