How do you change server blockbehavior.xml without changing the core files? Like a custom template file.

Save two seperate copies of it?

I am having trouble explaining what I mean exactly. Saving two copies of the file would only serve to have a backup (which is a good idea) but not what I am looking for. Is it possible to have the game parse a custom blockbehavior.xml file before it parses the core game(default) blockbehavior.xml? like it does for the customblockconfig folder and files. Thanks for the response by the way.
