Planned Be More Careful with "Planned" tags

I've seen a lot of threads with planned tags lately that only vaguely match their counterparts frequent suggestions. Some have given me the distinct impression that someone read the title and slapped a "Planned" tag on something without reading the meat of the post to find that it's something different that is not yet planned. This will mislead and disappoint players.

Lol, nice call! You just need to talk to the rest of the Council about the Planned tags and you can tag this as Implemented :p
