Bug Banned from playing singleplayer

Everytime i try to play singleplayer a notification pops up telling me that i am permanently banned from the server. the game is link via steam onto this account

Find the starmade folder.
typically under /users/(name)/steamlibrary/steamapps/common/starmade/starmade/

in that folder find the file "blacklist" I think it is. If someone is banned they are added to the blacklist.

EDIT: posted too soon, next step. Remove name from blacklist, save the file and try again.

For single-player its also safe to just delete the file, as you usually do not have anyone else banned. =)
(Can skip the need to edit it, if there are no other bans "in use" there.)

I've had this happen to me before, it was annoying and my friend laughed at me. That file's only used if you're hosting a server right?

Since singleplayer is just a private server it functions the same.
