Banking System

Seen some servers having a banking system. I am about to have my own server and was wondering if there are any public scripts / mods for servers that have a Banking System where you type !bank balance / !bank withdraw 1000 / ect....

DTSD and/or shadowscript should provide that function, but I'm not 100% sure.
