There are a number of components that ship with Oracle JavaJDK SE release which require a paid license to use. It is VERY easy to install these without reading the fine print, which can open software developers up to potential lawsuits. Google switched to using OpenJDK in its ADK package years ago for similar lawsuit-avoiding reasons.

I strongly recommend switching to developing against the OpenJDK environment, and only bundling OpenJRE instead of the Oracle versions in the future. I'd hate to see an oracle lawsuits start bringing down game developers too.

When dealing with companies like Oracle, it is best to steer clear of any potential lawsuit, even if the risk is may be minimal. There is a ready solution out there.
