Atmospheric glass

Something that may come in handy for some builds is a kind of glass that when sunlight shines through it acts like a planet atmosphere, possibly having different kinds for different types of atmosphere. Would really bring out colonies and the like.

How about generating the effect if we have enough terrain blocks laid down?

Could also work, though using glass or something could let the builder simulate a day/night cycle.
