    How does one go about making a useful point defense?
    It seems as soon as 1 missile gets past the ship all my PD turrets will focus at it and not the incoming ones :/, thus leading to all my turrets firing at missiles that I've already avoided instead of the ones I havnt.
    I currently have 32 Point defense turrets installed but even that doesn't seem to be anywhere near enough :/
    Any ideas:?

    AI ill be AI, however my advice would be make them big and cover a lot of space (i.e a 6x6 wall of fire) as they'll be more likely to take down missiles quickly and then move onto the next. I'm gonna work on an AMS turret soon that includes the rapid fire AMC wall of fire, a shotgun blast for missiles that stray too close, and a beam cannon so that they track missiles from further away. I'll upload it onto here when its done :D
