I made an accout to upload ships, when I click upload, this pops up.

You did try that within the game ?
I am not sure that this is working at all at the moment.

Try instead the Community Content section on the Forum if you want to share with the community.
If you want to backup either Copy the Blueprint folder somewhere save, or save .sment files of your ships/stations with the Tools->open ship catalog manager in the game starter (those sments get exported to Starmade/blueprints/export)

Double check that you are in fact signed in, and triple check that you capitalize everything properly.
