Anitmatter Cannons Bug

Well, I've had a look all over the forums and can't seem to fidn anything related to this issue. For some odd, strange reason when I log out and then log back in to a server the Cannons on my ship all seem to mess up, but the funny thing is, is that if I then go to the shop and buy an exact same copy of that ship the cannons are firing fine and with no problem but then as soon as I relog the cannons on that ship also mess up.

I've had people say that it's something to do with cannons being behind the core and that there is a bug but I can't find anything on the forums about it Everytime the cannons mess up they shoot in the same pattern with one line of shots coming out at a very fast rate to the bottom right of my screen, and these shots are fired from a spot where there isn't even any cannons and also about half of the cannons stop firing.



Just posting to put this out there and see if anyone else is having this problem. I hope I'm not alone.



-edit- Also it messes up in what order you scroll through cockpits and also spawns me below the core in a different part of the ship everytime.

I just got this bug on a new ship I built, and it\'s really sad

Edit: I fixed it by Pressing R on the end of every Anti Matter Cannon., then I saved a blueprint of the fixed version and it was fixed from then on. Was quite tedious though.

I tried this and In the past I\'ve been able to sort them out somewhat but then as soon as I relog it breaks it again I hope this is fixed soon and not just a problem with my game/ships.

Yep just realized it broke again for me after the server crashed...

I have this same problem. I have 4 different \"barrels/guns\" on my ship and the computer is in a different location than my cannons, in my \"drivers seat\" in a tower away from the guns. The cannons are all attached to the computer and linked up, and I have tried going through each one and unlinking and relinking to the weapons computer, but alas, there is only one strand of shots coming out and it is coming/emitting from a random spot outside my ship in space, similar to the person who posted this. Also, my core IS in front of the cannons, and as the person who wrote this mentioned that that may cause an issue I felt I should add that too. Added a screenshot. The circles indicate the problem.

Any news on the issue? Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Been enjoying the game otherwise! xD

Oh I think this happens with salvage cannons as well, as I had a giant battery of them and it produced a tiny laser coming out of nothing on the wrong side of them ship. I followed this and it works, so yeah, this affects all types cannons.

Same issue is happenning with BB missiles, but only to the launchers on the right side of my ship.
I have tried removing/replacing/lowering the total number of launchers, but the issue continues, only with launchers placed on the right side of the ship.
Very strange and very annoying, Nerfs my missile launchers to half power as I cannot fire from half of my ship.

i have a massive hanger ship that docks around 60 ships and it only has 3 cannons on the front but on the bottom of the ship it spawns cannon fire that does 9,000 damage and blows up the ship dock on the bottom of my shoip, i hate the bug

I am in the same boat. Spent 3 days making a awesome ship, while my friends play on the server I rent!! Take it in, and we all work on the guns for hours. I have lost hope and cant bring myself to play, or build another ship for the worry of it happening again. I will patiently wait for a fix, this game is awesome, where has it been all my life!
