Ancient Aurora Warship-Stargate Project

Ive been working on this for a few weeks on and off, it's not really ready for posting but I'm impatient XD

I didn't really know how long it was going to be until I got to the front, which I did. So it comes in at over 600m, I tried for 700 or 800 but I guess I fell short :P

There are more changes to come so ignore anything that looks off.

I've been trying to get it as accurate as possible which is slow and difficult with blocks.

Specs on the Auroras size are a bit sketchy so it's somewhere between 1/4 scale and 1/6 scale.

If anythings off from the origional ship I've been using photos of someones 3D model as my main refrence (which might not be 100% accurate) So corners may be off ect.

So what do you all thnk so far?

Looks really nice I searched before for a aurora class warship but couldnt find one so i tried to build one by myself. length 1500 m but now i found your project and i ask you if i can help you in some point.

I will most likely need help at some point, but for now it\'s a personal thing to give me something to do :P I\'m horrible at interiors adn I might get stuck on a few spots so ill let you know. I have a few other stargate projects coming up and I will need help with them at some point too.

A friend and I built this in a day. Its only ~420 blocks long though.

Interior has no relation to an actual ship. No detail whatsoever. Just guns and stuff everywhere in there.





I also have a Cruiser and am almost done with a Beliskner.

Other than the back it has basically similarities to aurora class at all :S (second one that is)

Can you put a link to the picture you are using?
The framework you have doesnt bear a striking resemblence to the pic on
The stargate wiki for me either. It seems familliar though.

I like how my post is becoming the hub of stargate projects :P They all look pretty cool.

I havn\'t made much progress on the aurora, havn\'t had a chance to play much recently but I\'ll be getting back into it

If anyone has built a Ha\'Tak i would like to see it , I attempted it but the curvature made it hard to get it right and in the end i abandoned it , but if anyone has managed decent progress, again, I would like to see it , thanks
