Ally chat

There is global chat, There are PMs, And there is Faction chat, But, There isn't an ally chat, This should be changed. Also, You should be able to stay in one channel for as long as you want. Constantly typing /f or pressing shift enter, Or typing someone's entire username out is mega annoying.
