I could have sworn I have seen this suggestion before, but the search function has failed me.
As the title suggests. It would be nice to be able to spawn a ship even if it doesn't have all the blocks.
I mean come on who hasn't faced a situation where you are missing a single advanced armor corner block or some other piddly thing to spawn a ship.
Not only that, but it would make the refitting of ships a breeze. Power set up sucks? No problem, spawn that ship without the power blocks and put them back in optimally.
Have a ship with all the old docking stuff and you don't want to set delete filters and spam click that bad boy for 20 minuets? Just run it through a ship yard and clean all that just out of there.
DEVELOPERS! Tired of hearing people whine about having to refit ships for cargo and crew or due to changes to the config? Tell those people to shut their face holes and just fix it in the ship yard.
Every one is happy.
