Allow naming of rail dockers

For situations where you have more than one rail docker on your ship it would be greatly appreciated if there were a way to distinguish which one is which in the weapon assignment menu using the same mechanic for naming inner ship remotes. Also, since you are able to view the entity coords of a block using the right shift key with the reticle over the block in question, include the entity coords for the rail docker into the weapon menu.

I need this.
I think my latest (relatively small) freighter has something on the order of 32 universal docking points (most airlocks have four docking rails for any-cardinal-direction-docking. Plus a turret dock or two, plus a rotary block or two.
As a builder, I'll gladly name everything. The naming convention might end up being gibberish, but at least it will be something.
