Not without modifying the game source code. No point going through that trouble on alpha version, modding may come later, or built-in options to this.
edit: No actually i might remember someone using cheat-engine tool for that. It\'s directly manipulating the ingame memory. It\'s able to track changes like when some number changes from 10 to 9. You can then pinpoint the exact memory location, and change the value to your liking.
(Just word of warning, memory editing can do severe harm to your game, if not know what you are doing.)

The cheat engine method is useless if you\'re placing blocks connected to things like salvage cannons, amc\'s, etc. Client crash every time. Works fine with other blocks.
