Adjusting select area in Advanced Build Mode?

Is it possible to adjust the select box in Advanced Build Mode manually, or with the keyboard, rather? I can't seem to find a hotkey for that in the Keyboard options. Intuitively, this would make sense, so I'm wondering if the feature exists. Say, using the keyboard arrows or WASD or the numpad arrows or something. Thank you.
