Additions to consider for the Steam release of Starmade

We all know that the Steam release of Starmade is approaching (I don't know when, but that may be because i'm ignorant) and I was considering a "Creative" mode. Players could have a larger inventory and access something similar to the Shop menu anywhere. (All materials would have no cost) I think this may have a spike in Community Content, because players do not have to go through the whole process of spawning in spacecraft components.

Also maybe having "Faction Blueprints". (Blueprints that are exclusive to one faction)

Upload a blueprint to a server, click "permissions" check faction, uncheck everything else.
