add multiquote ability to post edit

I just noticed something that is an issue on the forum. I suggest adding the ability to add from the multi-quote thing while editing. I forgot to add a quote to my original post and adding a quote is not an option while editing a post. I had to put it in manually, and that doesn't add the tag the person you are quoting.

Editing a post in general doesn't alert anyone added to the post. Probably something to do with anti-alert spamming.
