Add a "Tutorials and Starmade-Math" Subforum

For me it was difficult to figure out the most efficient ways for using weapons or other ship-mechanics. How they work, how they are used most efficiently or what ship types I could build. Maybe this kind of Subforum can help beginners, as well as advanced players to figure some maths and gameplay mechanics. In the end it might help everyone, even the veterans, for creating better ships. Also no one would have to search the whole web for a 23x23 reactor layout. I mean no one uses this forum to look up specific information about how to do things right, and this subforum can change that.
