Add a Delete Button for Thread Owners

I wanted to delete a thread or two of mine that no longer are relevant mostly because of them being fixed, or partly added, but to my distress, I couldn't find one anywhere when looking for it, so I just reported it explaining that I wanted it deleted and it was relevant anymore. It's the one button you expect to be there when you want it most.

This is the correct way to do it.

We don't allow threads to be deleted by users, as many threads contain valuable information our community members can use in the future. For example, a bug/issue thread might have multiple answers on what someone should try. Just because a thread is no longer useful to the person who started it, doesn't mean that it might come to use later on.

That's why we have a forum! So people can discuss, ask and answer

Oh, well then that's fine. I was just confused because I didn't see one and didn't know about it, but that makes sense.
