Ability to search the ship downloads by a players username

The subject says it all. I think we should be able to filter the ship downloads by the name of the ship or by the username of the person who uploaded it.

Yeah the ship download system is very lack luster, we need to be able to search by username and the uploaders need to be able to update and delete their ships if they want to. Just about every blueprint I\'ve uploaded has been updated by now but I don\'t want to just upload new ones.
